day 10. luke

this is luke, easton's best buddy. luke and easton are a day apart and live just down the street from each other. they have grown quite attached, and it has been fun to watch them interact and play together. they spend their days at the beach, playing in the sand at the park, going for walks, riding in their matching bike seats up the beach, and last week they had their first car ride together, which was by far one of the best times for them... lots of smiles and high fives/hand holding! last night we had our first little melt down while attempting to leave luke's house. i'm so grateful for this little guy and his momma, it has made life in the marina so enjoyable with out little boys.

there is also no photos of easton swinging because he was not so interested in being photogenic like luke today. he preferred to make odd expressions, and let his old man wispy hair blow in the breeze.

day 6. bedtime stories

same scene on most nights. we rotate two books right now, both of them being texture/feel books, with monkey/jaguar being our favorite to feel.

day 3. evening puddle stomping

we don't see much rain in the marina, so it was a fun change to grab our raincoats and enjoy the sprinkle. easton enjoyed discovering all the puddles along the way. who doesn't love a good puddle stomp?
